OSAGE — August Ehlke, 80, of Osage, died Wednesday (Dec. 10,1997) at the Faith Lutheran Home.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 13, 1997, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Osage, with the Rev. Roy Ott officiating. Burial is in the St. Ansgar Cemetery.
Visitation is after 2 p.m. Friday at the Champion Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6 to 7 p.m., and continues one hour before services at the church Saturday.
August Ehlke was born Sept. 12, 1917, in Union Township.
Survivors include his wife, Viola, Osage; two daughters, Joanne Hyland, Orchard, and Carolyn Tommeraas, Zumbro Falls, Minn.; one brother, Ewald Ehlke Sr., Toterville; and one grandson.
Ehlke was preceded in death by his parents.
